How do credits work?
Credits are used to order valuation products within the NestRange system. You can run an Advanced Valuation Report for one credit and an interactive NestRange AVM for two credits. To purchase credits simply select one of the packes listed above.
Do credits expire?
Credits roll over month-to-month and are valid for 12 months from the time of purchase at which point they expire. During the 12 month period, the purchased credits will remain in your account until you use them to run reports and valuations. The purchase, use and expiration of credits are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Do I need to enter into a contract to use NestRange?
A contract with NestRange is not required to order Advanced Valuation Report or interactive AVMs. To use NestRange, simply register and purchase any of the credit packages listed above.
What if I need more credits?
If you run out of credits you can order new credit packages on this page or while logged into your account.
